Bulgaria is situated in beautiful southeast Europe. The coast runs 350km along the black sea, then goes in to breathtaking mountain ranges. Romania is to the north, Yugoslavia and Macedonia to the west, Turkey to the southeast and Greece is to the south. This ancient country has amazing landscapes and beaches and as more people find out about this picturesque country it is fast becoming a resort paradise.
Bulgaria has received formal invitation into the EU In 2007. The country is now a full NATO member . Property Prices are rising quickly so get there soon before everyone else does . When they join the eu in 2007 prices are expected to increase by 100% . Currently Bulgaria has the lowest property prices in Europe / Eastern Europe.

The coastal area is modern and bustling with energy while the rural areas are like a wonderful step back in time. The people are gracious and friendly this reflects the pace of life which is like a breath of fresh air. Bulgaria is very varied indeed. Its coastline on the Black Sea is over 350 km long. Sunny Beach

The resort is situated on 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday resort on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 100 hotels, erected in long and wide lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its nine-kilometer-long beaches reach as far as Nessebar to the south.
The temperature is Mediterranean  in climate. The resort is a wide semi-circular bay facing east over an 9km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide,with fine golden sand and natural dunes which slope towards the sea. There are no dangerous fish, there are 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for family tourism.
